The Opportunity
The platform had a big goal: become the go-to resource for entrepreneurs and SMB owners looking to level up. They needed a marketing strategy that could drive brand awareness, qualified leads, and direct sales all at the same time — while positioning them as the industry leader in business education.
The Approach
We built a full-scale influencer and event-driven strategy designed to meet SMB owners and solopreneurs wherever they were in their journey.
We developed and scaled an influencer and affiliate program with a mix of business coaches, startup advisors, and financial experts across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram. The influencers brought immediate credibility with audiences who were already looking for business education — and the content they created drove awareness, signups, and course enrollments.
We partnered with influencers, business leaders, and startup founders to co-create a serialized content series (expert AMAs, startup case studies, and actionable business frameworks), all designed to build trust and keep the audience engaged between launches. The brand's existing blog and newsletter became distribution channels for content that converted attention into leads and course signups.
The live events were where it all came together. We produced a multi-city event series with fireside chats, panels, and networking mixers built around helping small business owners connect with peers and industry leaders. We sourced and managed the speaker lineup, focused on giving attendees high-level, actionable takeaways they could use immediately. After each event, we repurposed highlights into short-form video and post-event playbooks — extending the life of every event well beyond the day itself.
