The Opportunity
Aion was competing in a crowded fintech space dominated by well-funded giants. They needed to build brand trust, drive awareness, and acquire customers cost-effectively. The goal: get in front of decision-makers, drive organic traffic to the platform, and turn attention into signups.
The Approach
Aion was a fintech startup going up against companies with ten times their budget. They couldn't outspend the competition, so we helped them outmaneuver it.
We activated 40+ fintech influencers across LinkedIn, Twitter, and niche YouTube channels — business consultants, finance experts, startup founders who already had the ear of Aion's target audience. They shared in-depth testimonials, reviews, and how-to content that gave Aion something money can't fast-track: credibility with the right people. The UGC that came out of the program got repurposed across Aion's social channels, email campaigns, and website — every piece of content working multiple times.
We brokered partnerships with complementary fintech brands and co-created whitepapers, webinars, and joint guides that positioned Aion as part of a broader ecosystem. We facilitated podcast guest swaps and cross-promotional content to get Aion in front of audiences they hadn't been able to reach on their own.
On the content side, we ran a full audit, identified high-value keyword opportunities, and built out monthly blog content and guides on financial planning, cash flow optimization, and industry trends. We paired that with an aggressive backlink strategy to boost domain authority and organic rankings.
Within six months, nearly half of Aion’s new leads were coming directly from the influencer program.
