The Opportunity

BWTT wanted to make their flagship conference, Roadmap to Billions, the must-attend event for Black female entrepreneurs and innovators. They needed to fill the room, grow their digital presence, and position the conference as a cultural moment — not just another industry event.

The Approach

Roadmap to Billions needed to feel like the event you couldn't afford to miss. We built a multi-channel strategy designed to create that momentum months before the doors opened. We sourced and managed 35+ influencers across LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram — creators who were already part of the communities BWTT serves. They shared keynote speaker spotlights, personal stories about why the community matters, and real-time excitement as the event got closer. The content spread organically because the people creating it genuinely cared about the mission.

We also turned BWTT's newsletter into something people actually wanted to open — not just conference promos, but job openings, fundraising opportunities, industry events, and micro events. It became a standalone resource for Black female entrepreneurs, and the conference was woven into a feed they were already paying attention to.

In the weeks leading up to the event, we hosted live conversations on Instagram Live, Twitter Spaces, Clubhouse, and LinkedIn — direct access to speakers, organizers, and the community itself. On the paid side, we ran campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook targeting entrepreneurs, technologists, and women in leadership.

We also led a full rebrand and website redesign so BWTT's digital presence matched the scale of what they were building.
