souk + SEPIA was a direct-to-consumer fashion brand for Black women, offering curated, on-trend styles at accessible prices.

The Opportunity

souk + SEPIA wanted to break through in a crowded fashion market. They needed to build brand awareness, drive revenue, and lower their customer acquisition costs — all at the same time. They wanted an influencer program that felt authentic to their community, a social presence that matched the energy of the brand, and paid media that actually converted.

The Approach

souk + SEPIA needed to be everywhere their audience was spending time (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest), and the content had to feel as curated and intentional as the brand itself.

We built a multichannel influencer program with 25+ creators across all three platforms. Every creator was selected for their connection to souk + SEPIA's audience and their ability to produce content that felt organic to the platform. The UGC that came out of the program drove real traffic — people discovering the brand through creators they already trusted.

Alongside the influencer program, we built a brand ambassador community of 30+ creators. Ambassadors received a monthly credit stipend, created content consistently, posted about the brand on an ongoing basis, and were invited to popup events. We were able to build a dynamic community of people who genuinely loved the brand and showed up for it regularly.

We also developed souk + SEPIA's social strategy across platforms and refined their paid ad campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to go after high-intent audiences, bringing CPC down 75% and CAC down 85%.

Results

  • +333% month-over-month revenue, surpassing $1M in monthly sales
